Ok this is definitely inflammation plus Adtenal. I carved out and ate a small snore. I lost lol 😂 my body is just mine. Journaling for myself and drs 💜🤗🌈
185.6 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
