Good morning all!
I am up early this morning. I have not yet had my coffee and I am thinking I will be doing exercise this evening/afternoon. I have to put the kids on the bus and go over to the shop to work on a catering with my MIL.
I had a great workout at Curves yesterday. This was followed by a stress filled day re: my dad. It's so hard being the only child. I wish I had some siblings to commiserate with. My husband is wonderful though. He helps my parents with so much. We spent the day over there. I really want to help them in whatever way I can. My dads situation is just stressful to mom and I.
Anywhoo, I then had to come home get something to eat and go to the funeral home with my mom for a family friend.
I think today should be less stressful. I am so glad that I have been exercising regularly. I know that helps tremendously with stress levels.
