I am out of my forced self-sequestering....managed to complete the deadline, and have many others lined up right behind it, so can't even stop, congratulate, or celebrate too long! And besides, need to jump back on the wagon real quick...the damages have been slowly building...old habits, one trip to the vending machine, one muffin here, a biscotti there...a little pizza...a margarita...oh! the madness has started!!! Orange alert!! 4 pounds gained, eating habits out of whack, and sleep is off too...and running or gym-ing has been pushed back out of sight! No good!!!!
Tomorrow morning: Startign my lo-carbing, self-challange. Back to 30 carbs or under, and keep my points counted strictly. Need to go buy a full fridge-load of healthy grociers. And need to go to the gym and run no matter what.
Two and a half months and 25 pounds to lose. An aggressive agenda is the only way to make this happen!
