I'm feeling fully weird!

I have just broken up with my boyfriend of almost 3 years.

Now eating M&S cheese twists because they're delicious and I'm drinking a nice vodka and diet coke.

Wondering if I am going to feel stressy for a while or not.

Guess I'm rambling - I'm just surprised at myself for getting rid of a partner who wasn't right for me - I didn't think I'd do that tonight although I had certainly planned to at some stage!

Ugh idk what to say/do!

good on you! I'm sure it will take a while to sink in and it will affect you even if it was your choice. 3 years is a long time to be used to someone being there. Just be kind to yourself, take each day as it comes and come here if you ever need support.

Thanks Pauly, Gilly and Ali. I'm feeling serene and peaceful actually. Might be the calm before the storm - it was the right thing to do. Just feels strange being a (low calorie) Single Pringle!
