Day one! Today went well! I ate a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I had a small snack of a string cheese and a beef stick after school, because I was hungry not bored. Before I ate I drank some crystal lite to make sure I was hungry not thirsty! I also didn't snack after dinner. Also drank tons and tons of water today. I'm super proud of what I accomplished today!
