Good God.. It's been over 3 months since i've been on here. It's not something i'm proud of, I havn't been doing well at all. I've been just pretty much eating anything without any regard to how good or bad it is for me. And i've gained 3 lbs in the process.. which i know doesn't seem like a lot.. but to me it is. I'm already over 200.. and every pound more makes me feel like it's 10 pounds more.
I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow though, and I plan to get nothing but good healthy stuff. A friend of mine put together some information for me off of mypyramid.gov.. on the kind of balanced eating habits that are good for you. So i'm going to try and see about eating more balanced.
