Seem to have been losing and regaining the same 7 lbs for a year now, and I'm on the upside right now. I have got to get serious about this. So far today doing ok. Fruit and iced coffee for breakfast... and I don't even drink coffee. I'm getting desperate, have found that drinking coffee kills my appetite a little, just a little, but I'll take that little for now.
