Every day seems worse than the day before. Today run was 13.34Km and was hard cause in the last part I barely catching my breath, now i feel better. I know that without punishing the body will be no progress so i try to hold it up.

I did know that with weight loss in time the progress will slow down cause this is not my first time losing weight, but is my first time losing weight with carbs intake rather then fat and proteins.

I must say it is a difference cause now is eating time and the feeling is good, when i was on fat-protein i feel bad all the time but the results were incredible like the fat under the skin becomes tender like a American doughnut :)

Now is more like you have a layer of fat that envelope all your body.

This is solely my opinion and you can agree or not. Punishing the body only does one thing.. punishes the body. It doesn’t help it. The real changes in the body are made in the lower threshold of your RPE. I was also the type to push hard (too hard) and I lost weight, sure, but I was tired and sore. I wasn’t seeing a leaning out. I didn’t see it until I learned to build a foundation and understand that the steady states, intervals, and recovery walks were super important. Now changes are much more noticeable. Pushing hard is fine, at times, but it’s about balance. Pushing hard all the time isn’t sustainable. Opens yourself up to a plethora of things. Various injuries, a runners muck, your body wanting more and more food to recover itself, insomnia. The list goes on and on. These are things I’ve learned on my journey through my husband, people on here, trainers, reading, and by my failures and successes. It’s hard not to want go hard every single time but I think you’ll find it rewarding to pull back. And the “like an American donut”? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Nice run! Try not to be too hard on yourself! Pace and rest is super important for your body. I've been able to run 10.56 km everyday, however, because I wasn't letting my body rest, I kept on spraining my ankle. You got this!

@BK2526 You are righ. It is not meant to be sustainable, it is meant to lose weight. This is not my first time loosing weight and I know my body well enough. Every person have their own ways, I am the type that can sustain weight after I lose it. Let's say I just reach 70kg and I can put another 5 to go to 75 and then lose that 5 again. My main goal is to go fast to 70kg. And I hope I can do it without switching to fat and proteins cause for me is hell. I am using a cardiac monitoring device to hat use electrodes, that means is very accurate in monitoring hearth rates and using 3 apps when I run so I can make a good idea about calories that I lost. Today it say I lost 1818 but the third one say 1100 because she does not take in consideration the hearth and the weather outside. Actually I have a premium paid app for runners and bikers that take in consideration hearth when calculating calories lost and this is why you pay for it. I lose every day only by running around 1500kcal and I only eat maximum of 750/day kcal. And the way I see it is not enough for losing fast enough.because I have only 2-3 hours/day for run. If I had 4-5hours/day I could run then rest then run then rest ....his way you give body time to recover and consume between runs. If you do long runs every day you injure yourself cause you starv the boddy.

Ah, okay. So you just want to lose quickly and that’s all. I can’t say I agree on your method from a health standpoint but you just gotta do you. 😊 Explains your out of breath comment, though.

I should have also said... And it’s okay...we really don’t have to agree. It’s your journey. 👌😃
