Way over my limit in calories for the day! I've had a bad week all around... last weekend up at the cabin, and drinks, lots of good food, etc... I DID get my walk in yesterday, but not today... I'm not going to record a weigh-in on Sunday, either... [I AM going to weigh, though, to 'keep me honest' for the next week...] Maybe by the 18th I will have been back on program long enough to undo the damage I did last weekend and this week. Just got to remember, not to beat myself up over it, and go forward from this point on... ;)
