I am doing well with the water challange. I hope that after the month of the challange I will be drinking as a habit and not having to force the water down. I am starting my next challange of walking daily in a few days. It did not say how long or how far to walk, just to walk daily for 3 weeks. I have to be more careful of what sorts of food I put in my mouth. I LOVE FOOD !! I love life more though. I noticed that my thigh muscles are weak. That is why it is a must to use them. Health is to be the utmost importance at this stage of life. Retirement is great, but one must keep active.
Today is Spooky Movie Night here at my home. That means tons of goodies will be here for the children. A little goes a long ways for me. Easy does it Mimi.
