Take any loss you can get and celebrate it! You're just .1 away from being in Onederland, too. As for the FS rate of weight loss...it's so screwy the way it's calculated, just ignore it. I've been in weeks where it said I was gaining 7 pounds per week, and then, in a few days, said something like I was losing at a rapid rate. Ya just gotta ignore it. It'll take as long as it takes and besides, this is supposed to be a lifestyle change and not an old-fashioned diet with an endpoint. A 21-pound loss is really great! Keep it up!
