Too fast weight loss of almost 4 pounds in 5 day. Want this to be something I can do all the time. Redo how many pounds per week want to lose. Bring up calories a little. I don't want to be stressed during this. Just learn how much exactly to eat and stick to it.

Weight will fluctuate, and losses will slow especially if you are diabetic (I'm a recovering T2D)
