Well today was a total fail. We were at the in laws and there isn't generally a lot of food options there for me due to my allergies. Back on track tomorrow...and going to try and add more activity this week.

Come on mamabear, corn pops? gumdrops? you don't need these things. Next time you go to your in-laws take something along you can eat. The swimming was good.

I'm with you. I ate too much junk this weekend too, so this week it's time for us to get our butts in gear. We can do this!!

ok lol you had 2 fricken gumdrops and a little popcorn that is no big deal even jillian michaels will tell u its ok to indulge a tiny little bit as long as it is controlled and you can try to compensate consumption with exercise. ur fine and as far as everything else goes you seem to be eating pretty well :) healthier than I am. I couldn't find out what kind of dies u are on but I am on the calorie counting and IF you are going off of that diet as well then you are def. in the clear. Regardless I think your doing great, we aren't saints and there are bound to be moments that catch us off guard I think if u say u are going to do more activity and get back on track today those are they key things. Keep it up you are doing Great <3

thanks. Turns out I was actually ok with my RDI...I calculated something wrong. and yes @diehard3 I will for sure be bringing things nest time
