Ok this is the last time I going to try recording in my journal today. I know I can do this. I have to get my head on striate in 2 areas. 1st my 3pm over eating, then turn around and eating dinner on top of that. 2nd over eating on the weekends, I have lots I can do but I don't want to do them. So I am going to change that up this week even though its going to be hard. I will see what happens. If I can just lose 10 more pounds this year I will be happy. I would be 20 pounds down. and I I do that next year My weight would be gone. We will see. I would love to say happy trail to you to extra weight.. good bye so long. LOL
