Feel good today. Slowly getting back on track with the eating and exercising and ive also buddied up and funny enough, that really helps keep me in check. Its like if i do something wrong, i know i am wrong but i secretly ignore it but when you have someone looking over your shoulder you just feel like you have to do better. Here's to a fresh start.
