I'm a bit disappointed with the weightloss this week, but it's a normal weightloss if you think about sustainable and long-term weightloss without starving. To be honest I did struggle a bit after going off-plan on Tuesday with fast food. Then on Wednesday, I ate an entire block of Gouda cheese, 4 rolls, 2 avos, 1 chocolate, 7 date balls. I finally pulled myself together on Friday by doing a 24 hour fast. Think I'll be doing it again this week!! You actually get a lot of work done by not thinking of food every 5 minutes! Anyhow, I got an indoor exercise bicycle and I'm hoping to use it today. 🚴
