Broke 260 for the first time since I was 13 or 14 years old. Wow. Life on the road is tough. Weird schedules, weird food, weird situations. I did a trade show this weekend which went from 10a-3p and had no break for lunch. I was STARVING when the thing got over. I had nachos and beer in the sports bar next door. Oops.
Damn, were they good though.
Running a 5K this Saturday. Super excited.

Weird schedules do make this much harder - I have 2 part-time jobs that are completely opposite schedule wise - I go from teaching until mid-evening on Tuesday and Thursday nights to unloading trucks at 3:30AM on Wednesday and Friday mornings (VERY EARLY mornings!). Can't sleep much in between because I am too wired from teaching to go to bed right away...wreaks havoc on my rest, food intake and exercise for those 4 days a week!
Great job on your getting below 260!

WTG Z! Keep it up man, and pack those snacks in with ya. I've learned to buy extra stuff when I'm at the store, even if I don't eat it and end up throwing it away!! I take some good snacks with me all the time, even if it means getting up a little earlier :(
