So i fell off the wagon. Had to travel for work and then was away for the weekend. Hard to 1 eat healthy when everyone around you eats whatever they want 2 hard to get back on track when it is so easy to eat whatever you want and not plan out everything that goes into your mouth. Today is Wednesday and today I will get back on track and stay at 1200 calories. today i start over before I allow myself to continue down the road of laziness and putting back on all the weight I have worked so hard to take off. My health is more important than chocolate and all you can eat buffets.
