Challenge 2 - Day 2
Starting P90X today with some of the guys at work. It should be alot of fun, and always great starting something new! Starting a new challenge has also really motivated me to stay on track for the next 2 months. I am also starting a cleanse with my bootcamp intructor that consists of onl certain types of wheat no red meat, and no dairy. I am going to finish the yogurt in my fridge though, id hate to see it go to waste!

Sounds exciting!!! Awesome job on sticking with it and realizing when you need to start something new to keep your interest! Huh, I think I just had a light bulb moment!!!!

Yesterday sounded very exciting, plus lots of change. I met a friend last night for supper. She said she cut her coffee in half and feels so much better. I was thinking of you. I hope you are also surviving that portion. You are amazing.
