This sucks, was feeling good, thought I must have lost weight this week. I know with Keto inches come first. However, the scale says "Nope, you shall not get any closer to your goal". Sometimes I wanna just give up, eat what I want and get fat. It would be so much easier. Then, I put on a summer night gown and my husband says, "Geez that's huge on you, you can buy a new one, you know". I look at myself in the mirror and see he is right and remember when I bought the nightgown, it barely went over my hips, it was tight around my bust. I only wore it if my other ones were in the wash. I tell him I don't need a new one and sit down to plan a new week of healthy meals. Carry on my friends.
226.1 lb Lost so far: 23.9 lb.    Still to go: 46.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
