I think I consumed 1500 calories today. Also, I'm done with my workout routine so tomorrow, no exercises just a whole day rest. Hope I could lose another pound tomorrow...

May be you will, and may be you won't. The important thing is that you're setting down habits to last you a lifetime. If you see it that way, you won't be disappointed if you don't lose and want to chuck it all. Don't let the scale drive you crazy... ;)

I just want to rest so that I don't have to overstress my body.... My friend told me its good to exercise but you also need to listen to your body.... I just have to continue my own diet besides losing weight needs patience as well...
