Hello, I am not able to do them burpee's bc I am very over weight and have a real hard time getting down and back up.. But I started Monday on my own challenge and that is I do a low impact walking/Aerobics /I found this on You tube /it is a 2mile fitness walk in 30 minutes. I am doing them every other day as not to over exert my heart and so not to get so sore I just dont want to do these!! So far I have followed through Monday and Wednesday and then I will do them again on Friday/take the wkend off and start again on Monday. Wish me luck :) I am still in the process of doing the 5/2 fasting and it is going good!!
