I'm motivated to get motivated today. This is the first step. Next is re-joining the gym and actually using this thing. I downloaded the app, too, so...here goes nothin', I guess.

I cant do the one thing that worked for me (pole dancing for fitness) now because of work, but sounds like ur like me and the gym membership thing doesn't work so well join a class, something you'll find fun more than just dragging yourself to the gym.

I actually really like going to the gym. I only stopped going because we had some huge changes to my home-life (a friend and her baby moved in) and I had to make some serious adjustments. She has her own place now and I'm looking to move, too, in the near future, so I should be able to get back in there once I'm not spending an hour driving to and from work every day and now that I don't feel like a guest in my own home! :)

Ya, that's tough with guest there all the time, especially when ones a baby. glad you've got ur house back and can get into the gym....the gyms make their money off people like me who sign up and never go. lol
