53 carbs for the day and i ate nothing to hold me for the day... my son wanted to go to the mall.. there is nothing there to eat so i ate the chicken strips and wanted to be good then we took the 3 year old to the ice cream store but she wouldn't eat it all and it was either let her spill it on some one else's car or eat it! yes i know it was a slim excuse but there ya go, so now the day is busted and i didn't even want what i ate! i don't even feel like i cheated because i didn't want it but i did eat it.. but the last time i went to the mall i just can't remember i did something i got out of the house and did not feel self concious about myself so it was worth it i do feel good about getting out of my shell and acting like a normal person
i am sitting here looking at my weight and it is hard to believe that is me! i am at 186! i have come a long way and have a long way to go but some times you get a pause in life and you see where you are sort of to stop and smell the roses. i am good today and i will be even better the day after!

I'm so glad you're having a positive, feel-good day. And, yes, it's you at 186!! Just be careful tomorrow...after so few calories, little protein, and higher carbs, your body will need good, healthy food tomorrow. Enjoy the scent of the roses.
