A week's holiday in Beijing and although im really proud that i went to the gym most days, sometimes twice a day, as well as lots of walking around sightseeing, eating was out of control. Especially at breakfast. Funny thing is i FEEL slimmer, but got back and the scales say i gained 900g! So sad. It's not an official weigh day so i wont record it until monday but i geel like ive lost some momentum after a really good first week.

Pigged out this morning on cereal and dont feel like going to the gym...sigh. I need some motivation.

It's more important to keep coming back to the track even when we're discouraged. You can do it and we will do this together. Just try to eat unprocessed wholesome foods as much as you can and eat before you get too hungry. Tell yourself that you can always eat more later so that you can have a small portion on anything you eat. You'll make it and be so proud of yourself. Enjoy your day!
