Hi Debbie, Thank you!!! This is something that happens almost every time I start eating healthy. I drop down quickly to 75 Kilos and then it just stops. That is usually when I get frustrated and give up... If you have any advice on what I could do to get over that Plataea? This has been going on for almost a year now. TIA

Have you considered introducing a DIFFERENT WOE (way of eating) when you reach that plateau stage? Sometimes, our bodies just get used to what we're doing and it helps to change it up a bit. Maybe try something different for a week or two just to see if it gets you over the hump?

Thank you I will give it a try. I have been considering intermittent fasting, I think I will try that and see if it helps to get over the 75k mark.
