Okay I would just like to write this down so that maybe others will see it... DO NOT DRINK DIET SODA OR SKINNY FRAPPUCCINOS!!!! they are chalked full of chemicals that are seriously bad for your body. Indulging yourself in a Frappuccino with Skim milk is much better for you than a Skinny Frappuccino. All they do to make it skinny is add artificial sweetener that is worse for your body than you think. Sugar is a natural sweetener and it is perfectly healthy for your body in moderation. Don't listen to Splenda propaganda, listen to your body. It craves sugar. Have you ever asked yourself why?

Sugar is energy, which is why we don't want children to eat too much (Partly because they get fat, mainly because it makes them extremely annoying). Your body needs energy to survive. In the early years of our species we needed all the energy we could get, so our body drove us to the substances that were high in energy to increase our likelihood of survival. So now, here we are thousands of years later when everything is made available to us by the globalization of economy that our instincts are proving defective. Nature didn't plan for this; so it's time for us, the over-evolved human, to fix our own problems. We are an educated race with the information to monitor our daily intake of fuel to determine what is helpful to what is more detrimental

Think of your body like a car engine. You have to make wise decisions about what you put into it to prolong the amount of time that it will be able to function. I don't use fuel with 10% Ethanol, because although it is cheaper, it corrodes your engine and will eventually cost you more when you need a new car 5-10 years sooner than if you had just used the proper fuel. Your body works the same way, however you will be needing new body parts since you can't exactly replace your whole body; you only get one.

Now if you use the information I told you about earlier you can look up "Organ Transplant Availability" and see that they don't just grow on trees. They grow in people. People who are selfish and all around too lazy to mark on their drivers license that they wish to be an organ donor. That however is a rant I have already expounded in a speech on Organ Donation in my college public speaking class, so I will spare you my words. Anyhow, my point is that taking care of your body is like taking care of your car. Don't go cheap and lazy with lunch and pick up McDonalds or Burger King. Your body doesn't listen to excuses, it will fail you eventually and it will all be your fault. Make yourself a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich for lunch with a salad and some sliced fruit. It takes less than five minutes and they make these great food storage containers in New Zealand called Sistema. They sell them for $2 at TJ Maxx and they provide the solution to your dilemma, so don't make excuses and start making your own stupid lunch.

Also, I've provided a FSBS (Frequantly Said Bull Shit) section to this journal:

"I don't have time to watch what I eat, I have children to take care of."
--You make your lunch don't you? Make a third exactly like theirs. You can even throw in a treat for yourself. My mom used to pack me an extremely icky healthy lunch and sneak in a tootsie roll which made it all edible. Now that I am in college I pack my own lunch so I pack healthy foods that aren't icky, and you can do the same.

"But I don't pack my kids lunch."
--Pardon my language mom, but what the hell is your problem? You buy your child a $5 lunch box and pack them a good healthy lunch with protein, fiber, vitamins, and a friggin' tootsie roll related item. Don't you dare forget the note either. A simple sticky note with 'I Love you, have a great day sweetie :)" scribbled on it will make your child's day of hellish school 100% better, whether they admit it or not.

"I work and don't have a break to eat a good lunch."
--If you have time to leave work to pick up fast-food you have plenty of time to eat a good lunch. Plus why are you telling me you work? Everybody should work, it's part of life.
