Well ladies, I'm back and ashamed. I didn't even achieve my goal this summer and have in gained 10 lbs since due to the terrible diet of a college girl. Most of this is due to the fact that I have been baking far more than I have been cooking, and with my lack of social skills have no one to share this food with. Thus I am nw going to work on cooking my own food rather than eating out so much, and snacking on chips and goldfish.
Wish me luck, I'm going to try my best and hopefully I do better this time :( I miss feeling good about my body. My hips gained half of the 10 lbs and my boobs the other and now I have these terrible stretch marks to get rid of as well. I'm 18 for crying out loud! Time to step up and take care of myself!

Okay, I've been eating the same thing pretty much every day. Skim Milk wisth Special K for breakfast, wheat thins reduced fat and yoplait light yogurt for lunch and chicken salad for dinner. Why did I gain 1.2 lbs since yesterday when I have hardly eaten anything?!?!?! This doesn't make sense
