Good Morning FSers!!

I am off to the school this morning for the 3rd time this week. This PTO thing is like a part time job in itself. I did not get exercise in this morning, but I will be getting it in this evening.

I think I am going to have to mix it up a bit more or something . My number doesn't seem to be budging much these days. I don't want to Let SANTAS HELPERS down. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I may try some weights.

Well, I have to go for now. OFF to the school.

Weights are a great idea! I can't give too much advise, because my number isn't budging either. BUT I still feel healthier over-all so I'm not complaining. Things will move along soon, for both of us, I'm sure!

I would be sure to track your intake and water, if things were moving and aren't now. I know if I don't be careful w/counting really good, I over do it and no moving. =S Rock it up, I'm sure you'll find the culprit!!

My weight loss has slowed a lot over the last few months, too. I think that it is normal for this to happen as we get into the longer streatch of the journey. Maybe try zig-zagging your points. That helped me break my plateau way back when. Above all, don't get frustrated. Just hang in there. Slow and steady wins the race!
