I've been doing a few pushups, but damn if work wasn't such a drain in the first place. I barely have the energy to try to push myself up after using all of my tools all day. Anyways, hey FS, how is everyone doing?

I started doing yoga right after working from home. I’m starting small with 40 minutes three times this week. For the first 60 days of quarantine, I really didn’t feel motivated and spent time on other things. My guess is that your motivation will come back.

Doing fine..started exer. again, trying to stay on track..again..I find something to do everyday that takes my time up that dosent involve alot of sitting..My knees are stiff but its expected..new knees almost 2 yrs now..I'm gonna be 63 but my mind says Oh Hell no! workin it..lol

Your job is physical, that means a lot. You're looking good. I'm fine, still isolated and will be for a while, New cases still increasing in Texas.
