almost 6 months in down 45 pounds and finally out of the 150s took me 6 weeks but i finally did it!

I'm on the migraine diet from my doctor but mostly just calorie counting kept it 1000 and under a day cuz I'm only 4'11 and walk 3 to 5 times a week
