Well, today I didn't do too well with my eating. It didn't feel like I ate poorly but the Olive Garden tonight killed me, their breadsticks are just too good! And, to top it off, I did do any exercise today except walking, about 3 hrs of it. But it was a very relaxed walk. So, tomorrow is a new day and I plan to focus on eating better tomorrow and working out!!
