Cool. 10 days postpartum and it looks like I've lost about 1/2 of the baby weight I gained during this pregnancy. (I am guessing the final pre birth weight as 190lb because I didn't have a working scale at home and was last weighed at a doctor's office one week before my daughter was born. 3lbs/week is about average for the gain I had during that last semester.) :-D I know the remainder will not go that quickly, especially since I haven't changed my diet and I am not doing any special exercise routine/ activity outside my ordinary daily tasks (housekeeping and such) yet other than nursing my baby. However, the fact that 1/2 of that baby weight is gone is a good encouragement to persevere.
