Well I just weighed in up a pound. I hope muscle does weigh more then fat. I've been doing my walking, drinking lots of water and tracking food. Well I could do better with that. Next weeks goal, track everyday!!

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Many things can effect the scale such as: sore muscles from exercise, an increase or change in our exercise plans, medications, sickness, inflammation, stress, lack of sleep, sodium in the food we eat, etc. Our bodies are made up of 60% water so the scale can fluctuate all day long. If you are on plan and exercising, you know it's water weight and not fat. Plus hormones effect the scale too.
