LOW CARB DAY TODAY:

GOAL =
164 G PROTEIN
55 G FAT
68 G CARBS

AT LEAST 33 GRAMS OF PROTEIN AT EACH MEAL ( 5 MEALS)

ACTUAL:
126 G PROTEIN
67 G FAT
71 G CARBS

Today is the first day in three months that I am craving refined carbs. I am not sure why...the weather maybe? Most "comfort foods" are refined carbs...for me anyways! LOL! but I WILL NOT cave. I have avoided sugar and refined carbs for this long and I can continue to do that from here on out.

Good for you! You're very motivating .That's the way to do it.. btw where to you get your low carb pita bread from?

Thanks! I am trying... ;-) Oh, I get the Pita Bread from Sprouts. That's a store kind of like Henry's if you have one of those. It's really good and has 9 grams of fiber too! I eat those every day with cheese for a snack and it's my little treat! Another thing I get there is Blue Sky Free soda; no carbs, no sugar *sweeetened with Stevia* and no calories. If I log it it shows up as 11 g of carbs but Stevia doesn't have any actual effect on blood sugar so you don't have to count it! I get the Cherry Vanilla Cream. I only have one a day but that helps!

Damn.... I tell you would make a terrific dietitian! Thank you we do have a Sprouts I will try there, cherry vanilla sounds pretty good , I get cherry diet dr pepper sometimes but i have to try this. Have a great day don't work too hard!
