I got on the scale as is my normal morning routine and I actually stood there not quite awake looking at the scale. I hit the 15 pounds down mark and I wasn't expecting it. What a great way to start the day!
(Yeah I know it shows ten pounds on here, but my top weight was 211 and when I started on here I was at 205.)
