OMG I need to kick myself in the behind, I'm maintaining my weight when I should be losing it. I have to reasscess my RDI. I also haven't been able to workout the way I want, I'm on a restricted workout plan at this time because I injured my rotator cuff, but I think I need to kick up the cardio.
