Went to the gym with Leanna this morning and it felt great to be up and get my blood pumping at the beginning of my day. I am doing pretty good with my eating, I could do better but I know this exercise will help and if I were to try and cut ALL junk out cold turkey, I think I would drop the diet and exercise sooner and easier. I am feeling good, motivated and pumped!
