I really wonder why this is going so slow. I'm eating all the right things (I think) and my daily calorie intake is well below 1200, its more like 600-800. I record every single piece of food I eat, and I thought that would reveal where im going wrong when I didnt loose weight before. I seem to remember that more protein made me loose weight faster. I will try to get more protein the next few days.

Protein is a great way to feel full, and if you offset it with fiber it will keep you feeling full for a longer period of time. The only thing to watch though is water consumption, drink more than you think you need and then some. I'd recommend black beans (although any kind of bean can be used, I'm partial to refried black beans so long as the sodium isn't too high) and possibly quinoa. Both are fantastically high protein and fiber foods.

Thanks a lot, I might try out the quinoa as I'm a tad tired of beans atm :)
I dont eat meat very often, but bought some lean chicken breast yesterday.
Had a look around and that seemed like it had the most protein compared to the price as I'm also on a budget.
