Just put my daily log in for food... haven’t done that in awhile. Realizing how much fat is in my diet and need to eat more protein and up my carbs. Wow... I need to do my daily
Log in everyday again. I’ve put on a good 12 lbs. since I quit keeping track. Slowly but surely the weight just creeps back up. I need to get it back in control and be happier again. I felt better when I kept track and was eating better. That’s for sure..
