Pandemic Prep = making breakfasts for the next 2 weeks. Egg Patties with lots of veggies and a few crumbles of breakfast sausage - total 250 Cal. Serve on half a lite english muffin with a slice of cheese for 350 Calorie breakfast.

Then New Hope Mills low carb waffles - added some chia. a little vanilla and some nutmeg. Each waffle 110 calories and 4.5 net carbs. add 1 slice of bacon, a little fruit and sugar free syrup - breakfast under 250 calories.

Planning ahead for success in May.
