Another 3.1 miles on another gorgeous morning. Love this weather!!
This brings my weekly 50-in-30 challenge total to 10.5 miles and my total for the entire challenge to 27.0 miles - over halfway to goal and just about 11 days into the 30-day challenge!
As far as weight....well, I didn't get to my halfway mark today, either, but it's coming.
Had a bit of an Atkins emergency yesterday as I was out of my favorite bars. When I went to Wal-Mart, I saw that they were discontinuing about 5 or 6 different flavors of bars (and shakes) and had them on sale for $2 per box. Unfortunately, they had already sold out of all the discontinued/sale flavors. But, at least my favorite was in stock and didn't have the discontinued label - WHEW! I know they can stall or slow some people, but I love the one I usually have and use it as a mid-afternoon snack.
