I ate good yesterday, but no exercise. I need to get myself in gear and get out and walk. I did walk sunday, but the mosquitos almost carried me away. I will walk the stairs today!!!!!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Those mosquitos are wicked!!! We have a lot of them right now, too. Especially right at sundown. I hate to spray myself down with OFF!, but I'd rather shower afterwards than nurse those bites for a week!! You are doing great!

Thanks for the encouragement. Your right I can't or shouldn't use the mosquitos as an excuse to not to walk. I'm walking tonight!!!
