When I started this serious journey about 1 year ago - I weight a whopping 207 lbs. I'm now down to 186 lbs and have dropped 2 pant sizes.

But it's been a long struggle to burn off this 20 lbs. However, I feel so good about throwing out my XXL cloths and buying new sizes (such as 16W jeans) that I want to move forward FASTER. And I luv how enthused my husband is about my weight loss.

I don't want the next 30 lbs to take another year to lose.
