I have had some bathroom issues that had me questioning if Atkins was safe but the dr said that if I am losing weight and lowering my cholesterol and my psoriasis is under control then I need to stick with it. I don't feel sick this morning. Last night by the time I got home I was ready to get in bed by 7:30. I felt really really bad but I had to take a quiz, analyze a poem, and write a discussion posting. I think I am pushing myself too hard. School, work, stress over my car, etc. is really starting to take its toll on me. So new rules.... 1) Eat your veggies (even if you don't like them) 2) Get in bed before midnight (5-6 hours of sleep a night is not enough). 3) find a multi-vitamin 4) Try and find that motivation and drive to lose weight again. I have to get past this 215 mark somehow.

Amanda, burning the candle at both ends is a sure recipe for disaster. You are right. You need to start following all those new rules! And for heaven's sake, take some time out to simply relax!!

the womens one a day for active mind and body is great! gives me extra energy and when i take it with lunch no nausea from the vitamin! and yes we all are wanting to know that you are ok!
