Maitenance mode seems to be working. I expected (feared) a big gain, but that isn't what happened. Throughout the week I vacilitated between 147/143 eating at my non-diet calorie goal(or more)and getting very little exercise. This week I will eat the same, but try to concentrate on healthier foods, and try to get a little more exercise, still staying with low-impact activities (walking, recumbent bike) and on next Wednesday return to my regularly scheduled program, hopefully knocking out the remainder of my weight with a little more ease.
