I took a step in the right direction today! =)
My daugther has her own cat that she gets to bring to work with us each day. (She has her own room in the office where I work.) The cat's name is Kitty. I get to go home for lunch every day, except during tax season. I always leave Kitty here when we go home for lunch. He comes home with us at the end of the work day. Because it has been a hot summer, I have always taken him home right after work before going to the gym so he wouldn't be stuck in a hot vehicle. Well, when I'd go home, I'd find all kinds of excuses to stay home and not go to the gym.
NOT TODAY!
I TOOK KITTY HOME AT LUNCH TIME TODAY! =)
As soon as I get off work today, off to the gym we go. There will be no reason for excuses today!

Oh! Almost forgot! I made the Spinach Pie recipe for breakfast this morning and added turkey taco meat to it, along with some chopped onions. My oh my it was good! Had it for lunch, too! I highly recommend that recipe!

Oh my gosh, you sound great! you sound full of LIFE!! I love that you wrote "no reason for excuses!" and you're off to the gym! That winning attitude is going to take you a long way towards your goals! You're really getting with it!!

No, Kitty is a great traveler. He goes in a cat carrier, to make sure he doesn't walk under my feet while driving. He's been coming to work with us since he was about 8 weeks old. He's a great cat. =)
