Long time since I've recorded an entry but I've still been logging my diet. I feel like I have been off track. Not gaining weight though :) Losing veryyyyyy slowly but surely it will all come off in the time i give myself. I should log in my exercise, would that seem to help me with tracking my calorie deficit? I've been seeing a dietician lately and she gave me some great advice, now time to put it to use!
