I feel my motivation slipping. Not really sure if I'm going to be able to make this a permanant change or not :( I will be heading to the gym tonight for some running and weights. I'm just really starting to miss my junk food, and it's getting really OLD entering every little thing I eat into my food journal. But, I am enjoying my size 8's, LOL. So I guess if I want to see that size 6 I better stick with it. There's just so much EATING involved in this time of year, hopefully I can be strong and not over do it.

You can do it, we all can! Think about how bad all those junk foods make you feel afterwards and maybe that will help. Tastes good going down, once there-not so much. Keep on marching with me, ok?!

You will get there. You have been doing so well. I had to stop logging my food because it was to much for me, but than again I was not losing anything so it was really hard on me. Keep up the good work. Do you watch The Biggest Loser? That always helps get me going and a new season just started!

You definitely can do it! Just remember you don't have to give up everything you enjoy to lose weight....moderation is always helpful though!
