Wow I had a shocker this morning... af started almost two weeks early? What's goin on here?

I noticed I was getting tender you know whats and lots of pimples like I ususally do a week before - but noticed them starting a week after last af - I just figured it was the heat.

Wonder if my antibiotics messed with my hormones from my throat infection? Change of routine at the gym?

Gonna note it and if it happens again, gonna head over to docs.

Has anyone else had this (ladies of course)? Could it just be my body changing since I've lost weight/eating healthier (after eating junk and being heavy for the majority of my life)?

Medications, stress, change of eating habits etc. can all affect our hormones and monthly periods. Weight loss too! But keep track and if you have any concerns, talk to the doctor.

My cycle has changed since I started eating better and exercising regularly this year. I used to be super regular and feel it coming on for days before. Now, I have almost no PMS symptoms at all anymore, so when it comes it's always a surprise. It's crept "off" my former regular cycle timing by about 2 weeks gradually over the last 6 months. Weird.

Could be so many things... including a one-off! My gyne once explained to me that occasionally the lining can get too thick so it has to shed a little bit. As others have mentioned, just keep a note of it and if anything becomes a concern, visit the doc. :)
